Michelle is not a new face to Paper Playtime as she is a returning Design Team Member. Please take a few moments to check out her blog. She creates some amazing projects that are always full of creativity, uniqueness, and makes you want to smile from ear to ear. I just love Michelle!  Here is the adorable SPINNER card she has provided to inspire you for this Birthday Card Sentiment challenge, and just a little snippet of what she said on her blog about this type of card..... "I decided to make Andrew a spinner card.  I have made two of them before HERE and HERE, and they were both girly cards.  Andrew wanted one too,  so I came up with this.  I followed a tutorial on Glora's blog.  I created the base of the card using shapes from George.  The stars are from CAC (I think...) and the moon is a bunch of circles from George.  I sponged around the edges to give the moon a bit of dimension.  His cutie little face is from Peachy Keen's  Wide Eyed Kids."

Ever wonder how I pick the winners for Paper Playtime?  Sometimes I use random.org. Sometimes I tell my hubbub to pick a number between 1 and whatever the highest entry number is. Sometimes I scroll through and visit your blogs to see if you are a follower, link back to Paper Playtime, posted a new project, posted a project that is within our challenge theme, etc.  Sometimes I get our special needs daughter, Bonnie, to point at the project picture she likes most.  And sometimes I do other things.  It's so hard to choose just one winner.
